Pricing Details
- Installation charge includes installation of the post, removal of the post and sign and maintenance of the post and sign. If the sign should lean or fall we will be right back out there to fix it at no additional charge.
- Relocation charge is for any installation already ordered which you would like the post relocated to another location.
- Sing on Back of Fence charge is for any signs you would like placed on the back of a fence facing another street for the same house. This charge is in addition to the original installation and at the same time of the post being installed.
- Commercial installation charges includes installation of the post, removal of the post and sign and maintenance of the pole and sign. If the sign should lean or fall we will be right back out there to fix it and no additional charge (upto 1 year).
- Trip charge is for any time we are dispatched to the site on the request of the agent for services other than those included in the initial fee. A trip charge will also be charged if we are dispatched to perform a service and no post is found. An additional trip must be made to remove or provide maintenance/service to the post. If no post is found and a third trip is required the above fee will be charged. Please advise all of your clients to not remove the post from its original place.
- Lost post charge is for any posts that are not retrieved at time of removal. Please advise all of your clients to not remove the post from its original place.
- Sold sign charge is for any ‘Sold’ signs or riders the agent would like us to be placed on the post or sign.
Billing/Invoices
All invoices are issued once per month, at the end of each month. All invoices are issued with a term of net 15 days. Invoices outstanding beyond 15 days will be charged a $5.00 late fee. A reminder e-mail/call will be placed beyond the 15 days. Any invoices outstanding beyond 30 days will be subject to additional late fees plus suspension of any services until the account has been brought up to current status.
Please review invoices upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be reported to the office A.S.A.P. We will make every effort to rectified any discrepancies.
